This course discusses the various safety measures one must take to ensure personal safety when conducting home visits. Sections include home visitor preparation including checklists and sign-in/sign-out procedures, boundaries, building trust with families, aggressive clients, and incident reporting practices. This course is a self-paced course with no instructor. Participants work on the course at their own pace. Course length is approximately 1 hour.
